Privacy Policy

Propmundo is a public directory of real estate data sources. It does not provide account registration or payments. The correction form processes the report text, supporting URL, source identifier, and optional email you choose to submit.

When you visit the site, your browser and web infrastructure may process basic technical data needed to deliver the page, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and similar diagnostic information.

The site stores a local language preference in the browser so it can remember whether you prefer English or Spanish. That preference is used to present the interface in your selected language.

Optional analytics stays off until you accept it. If accepted, the site may send pseudonymous events to PostHog to measure searches, source-page opens, comparisons, outbound clicks, correction reports, and Ask AI use. You can change or withdraw that preference through the persistent analytics control; requests that have not yet left the browser are cancelled and local analytics identifiers are removed. Ahrefs Analytics remains disabled because its current integration has no reliable withdrawal control after it loads. Random identifiers are stored locally; product events do not include the text of searches or questions.

If you use Ask AI, your question is sent to the configured model provider to generate a response, and a derived IP identifier is used to enforce usage limits. Do not include personal data, secrets, or confidential information.

Many directory and source pages link to third-party websites. When you leave Propmundo, data handling is governed by the policies and practices of the destination site.

Correction reports expire after 365 days by default (configurable from 30 to 730 days), and an operational purge removes expired reports. Necessary technical records and, if accepted, measurement records follow each provider’s approved configuration. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection through the contact channel published by the site operator.

Propmundo may update this policy if site functionality or measurement practices change. The update date identifies the current version.
